Chad One thing is to make sure the door opener is allowed in the software, there is a tab in the doorphone settings window.
Then check if the relay itself is working when you enter the code, use some kind of continuity tester. For some door circuits, I have had to use external relays to make sure there is enough power getting through the wiring to the door. Use the ksu circuit to trigger the relay, but use the relay closer to the door to handle the power for the door itself. Another thing I have had problems with in the past is AC power door strikes. A problem in the ksu circuit would not let the AC pass (I think it was a blown capacitor), but it did allow DC so again I ended up just using a relay.
