Me too. I have a 624 and can't figure out how to address the same problems
OR how to direct the CID info/feature to specific phones.

I also recently bought a KX-TVS50 and THOUGHT I was fluent enough in my
system to install and set up the system. Now I need help. Any users in the
Seattle area looking for a little consulting on the side? Any vendors
willing to take on a small job?
