KX-T: Lines turned off but ext still rings.

I have several KXT-7020 phones connected to my Kxtd-1232 PBX, I have 4 of my 5 lines 
turned off on ext 107 via Programmtor and that ext can't access the lines, but the 
phone still rings on all calls and if the user press the line and trys to answer the 
caller is disconnect.  I'd like it to only ring for calls on its single line.  Any 
ideas?
