Hi all
Anyone run into this before ? Installed a 624 a few months ago.
Combination of PT and SLT phones. TVS50 also. System was fine for 2 months
then customer called and said that all the phones went blank for a minute and
then when they came back on, any extension with an SLT phone did not function
properly. The SLT phone extensions could make calls, but if anyone dialed
their extension, it would ring for a fraction of a second and they could not
connect to whoever called.
I did a complete system dump ( 999 ) and then reprogrammed and all was fine.
Another 6 weeks has passed and the exact thing has happened again.
The system reset ( 999 ) fixed it again but I am wondering if there is a
simpler fix than resetting everything or maybe I just have a bad unit.
Again - the problem only affects SLT's. System phones work fine.
Any thoughts would be apperciated.
