I've inherited a Lingo voice mail system built by Active Voice. I'm
trying to hook it up to my Panasonic KX-T 123211D home system. I'm
not sure what phone system code the Lingo wants. In the manual it
makes reference to the Panasonic 1232D, and a KX-T1232 version 1011B.
One of these codes supports call transfer, the other doesn't. My
123211D has been upgraded to the voice mail chip so it should support
the call transfer mode.
I get the whole thing up and running, but when I type in an ext when
the automated attendent answers, the system correctly does a
hookflash and I hear the extension ringing in the other room, but
then the lingo seems to disconnect me and I hear the reorder tone on
the phone I used to dial into the lingo.
Anyone out there have a lingo working with a 123211D? Any ideas of
how to make this work?
