Hello,
I have the Panasonic KX-TD1232 phone system and have been using the
Programmator software from Russia successfully for some time now. I
recently activated Caller ID with my telephone company and installed the
KX-TD193 Caller ID card. I can't get the Caller ID feature to
work on my phone system. I know that Caller ID has indeed
been activated by the telephone company because if I hook up
a standard telephone company Caller ID box to my CO line
1 in front of the phone system, it displays the name and number of
people who call. But none of this information is displayed on
the Panasonic digital proprietary telephones. I have edited CO
line 1 with Params, Caller ID, "Yes". I have even replaced the first
KX-TD193 card with a new card in case it was defective. All of the
telephones are set so that the "initial display" is "Caller ID". It still
doesn't work. Do I possibly have to make a programming change
under Parameters, Caller ID, Extensions Tab, Exp1:? Currently, Exp1
is set to "Not Stored". Should I change this to Port 1 or Port
2? Please help. I don't know what's wrong.
Sincerely,
Michael |
