Hi Jan, Jackie found a little bug in Pootle. You may want to have a look at it. But it does not break anything. Just wanted to let you know about the issue.
Jackie, thanks for reporting. Cheers Andy ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Jackie Xu <[email protected]> Date: 22 November 2013 00:41 Subject: Re: Unknown error To: [email protected], [email protected] Hi Andy, It happens on every translation page ( https://translate.apache.org/nl/CouchDB/translate.html). There is no specific error message, it only says `Unknown error`. A little digging brought me to the following method: PTL.editor.error. It's being called with an xhr variable that isn't an instance of XMLHttpRequest. The reason for the error message is that Chrome (or at the very least mine) blocks insecure JavaScript content loaded over HTTPS. I've currently fixed this by clicking `load anyway`, but this shouldn't really be the way to go. The evil-doer is the following URL: http://amagama.locamotion.org/tmserver/en/nl/unit/?source=API%20Basics&jsonpcallback=<http://amagama.locamotion.org/tmserver/en/nl/unit/?source=Specifies%20the%20content%20type%20of%20the%20information%20being%20supplied%20within%20the%20request.%20The%20specification%20uses%20MIME%20type%20specifications.%20For%20the%20majority%20of%20requests%20this%20will%20be%20JSON%20(%60%60application%2Fjson%60%60).%20For%20some%20settings%20the%20MIME%20type%20will%20be%20plain%20text.%20When%20uploading%20attachments%20it%20should%20be%20the%20corresponding%20MIME%20type%20for%20the%20attachment%20or%20binary%20(%60%60application%2Foctet-stream%60%60).&jsoncallback=_jsonp27589739> (This URL changes according to the language and text to be translated). I don't know whether it would be possible to add SSL to the server at the other end of that URL? I'm guessing it's one of the Apache servers running amaGama <http://amagama.translatehouse.org/>? :-) To be honest, it doesn't actually hurt the translation process, so I don't really mind the message. --Jackie 2013/11/22 Andy Wenk <[email protected]> > Hi Jackie, > > On 21 November 2013 23:54, Jackie Xu <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Hi all, > > > > Good to see all the translations!
