Unfortunately it is empty now, but Laszlo Nemeth, the main developer, will populate it ASAP. The actual language modules can be commited to the dictionaries repository. I don't think we'll use Launchpad.I cc-ed Laszlo, get in touch with him, if you would like to work on the Italian module.
