It is not rubbish, it tells the translator in its imperfect way that the word "Options" was translated as "Tùy chọn" in index,po, as "Tùy chọn" chrdlg.po etc. Somewhere below there will be a different translation, this is why the pomigrate2 tool lists all occurrences. Translator can decide what the correct translation is, and replace the list with the correct translation.
