We are quite relaxed about making such decisions. For example Scottish
Gaelic was added to 3.4.4. If you think that Aragonese translation
will be in good shape later in the 3.5 cycle, then we can add it. Of
course it makes sense to work on 3.5, even if we add Aragonese to 3.6
only. The major code cleanups have been done already, and the
difference between 3.5 and 3.6 will not be big.
