Priviliges of translation team members are administered by translation
team leads. If team lead is not responding or there is no registered
team lead, then Pootle admins can give rights.
Pootle admins are: Danishka Navin, Rimas Kudelis, Andras Timar.
Just for the record, the team lead in this case is Arjuna Rao Chavala
(arjunaraoc).
