I found that pootle seems to have something wrong with LibreOffice 4.1 - UI / Chinese (Taiwan). [0]
The total numbers of words in Chinese (Taiwan) is 96172 words, while others are 95916 words. Problems are below: There are two "uiconfig" subforders under "xmlsecurity" folder. Other folders with different numbers of words are "extensions" and "uui". I have tried "Rescan project files" and "Update against templates" but does not help.
