Hi *,

I notice while building the impress remote for android with
translations[1], that the number of plural forms that is set in pootle
differs from what CLDR knows...

http://unicode.org/repos/cldr-tmp/trunk/diff/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html#kk

lists it has two forms, One for singular, and another one for the rest.

While pootle lists it as having just one single form like Turkish or Japanese.

So what is correct?

ciao
Christian

[1] android's plural handling differs from gettext/po file features,
so the tool that is used to convert the po files to strings.xml needs
to do some mapping - but it always assumes CLDR's data, so when
processing kk.po it breaks.
