You can't. The Key-ID language is not in the regular release builds. A keyID build for 4.2 line is available from the link I pasted earlier ( http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/tmp/4.2_keyid/ ), for 4.3 you could use the alpha1 (but not on Windows XP - but users shouldn't really use that anymore anyway).
