Hi, in the officially built LO51RC1 I can confirm only the last two, I have "Slide Layout..." localized in Slovenian and there is no submenu, just a dialog opens, which is also fully localized.
The Navigate and Move commands cannot be localized in Slovenian (= its localization was not included in the build, I remember localizing that command). But in this same build the command (Format - ) Object and Shape is in English although I had all strings 100 % localized in Slovenian. So it is either non-localizable or some problems during build happened, see this bug report: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96573 Different languages of this build have reported different strings as not localized (although they were localized in po files).
