In title casing, the first and last words are always capitalized, regardless of whether they are prepositions. So it’s correct in this case. Also, BTW, the writing rules on the wiki are merely so that newly introduced strings do not repeat the same past mistakes; the intention is not to have everything already existing match them, precisely because of the workload it would impose on all of us, as András said.
