You can read more about the translations process here: http://openoffice.apache.org/translate.html Most volunteers prefer to translate the PO files off-line using a tool like POEdit: http://www.poedit.net/ The files for Hebrew are here: http://people.apache.org/~jsc/translation/aoo341_he_po-files.tar.bz2 Shirley, cc'ed, was also interested in helping complete this translation, so if you are both working on it you should coordinate to divide up the files. If you have done these kinds of translations before this should be easy.
