The strings belong to the presenter console. To use the presenter console, you need to have a second monitor, usually a projector. Configure it so, that they are independent, not that the projector is a clone of your PC monitor.
Launch Impress and load a presentation. Goto menu Slide Show > Slide Show settings. In the lower part of the dialog you see the section "Multiple Displays" and a field with label "presentation display". If you have configured the two displays correctly, this field is enabled and you can then choose which display shall show the presentation in full screen.
Then start the presentation. The second monitor shows the presentation in full screen and your monitor shows the presentation console. In the presentation console, you have a button at bottom, right to call the help.
The help is on screen and shows what shortcut keys have what meanings. The strings you have posted belong to this help.
If the presenter console don't work for you, please ask here. If it is indeed an error, write an issue. The presenter console is no longer an extension but integrated and should work. You find it in source code in the folder main/sdext/source/presenter.
