While translating the release notes I came across this string:

not translated obviously and I can't find it in Pootle.

That string is not part of the normal UI. Maybe you have an extension
installed?
This is funny! I had several dictionaries installed, Portuguese,
Spanish, French, Italian, German and English and now, misteriously, they
are all gone. I'll have to look into this a litle more. But these
extensions shouldn't create text formating tools I think.
