The headings are defined in the "ooo.css". So when changing this setting
it will change *all* H2 headings on the *entire* website which is not
what we want. So, also here we have to create an exception (via
"exceptions.css" or in every why webpage) to apply to non-space betweeen
both headings only on the Why webpages.
