this won't make sense when you see that you need to list millions (more or less ;-) ) of the webpages. Then it's maybe save to change the default for the whole website instead of creating new exceptions.

The headings are defined in the "ooo.css". So when changing this
setting it will change *all* H2 headings on the *entire* website
which is not what we want. So, also here we have to create an
exception (via "exceptions.css" or in every why webpage) to apply to
non-space betweeen both headings only on the Why webpages.
