ASSEMBLY MEMBER LLOYD LEVINE TO
ATTEND SFV/NELA NOW ANNUAL MEETING
Assemblyman Lloyd Levine (D-40th District) will attend the San
Fernando Valley/Northeast Los Angeles Chapter of the National Organization
for Women (SFV/NELA NOW) annual meeting/election and holiday party slated
for December 11, 2004 from 12 noon - 4:00 p.m. at 18847 Martha Street
Tarzana. Levine is slated to receive an award for legislative achievement
along with former Assembly Member Scott Wildman (who will personally
attend). Other awards are being made to Assembly Member Cindy Montanez
(D-39th District) and former Representative Bobbi Fiedler, both of whom are
sending representatives, and to former Assembly Member Barbara Friedman.
The event is potluck and is open to the public, but only members of
SFV/NELA NOW will be eligible to vote and/or run for the chapter board.
