Nonviolent Conflict Intervention (NCI) Training One-Day Training (or Weekend Training for Trainers) When: June 16, 2007 (or TT Evening June 15 through Sunday, June 17) What: Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) San Diego will conduct our first Nonciolent Conflict Intervention (NCI) Training on Saturday, June 16. We will learn the techniques of NCI, strategies used successfully by our NP Field Team Members in dangerous crises, adapted to use in our U.S. everyday minor but troubling conflicts. Who: NCI Training is open to everyone. Participants wanting to be NCI Trainers are invited to attend June 15 evening and 17 as well as the one-day NCI. Future One-Day NCI Trainings will be conducted by local volunteers who are supported by professional NP nonviolent conflict intervention trainers.
