Comrades,
If you were a participant in the Inmigrants Rights March on May 1st, the
People's Network in Defense of Human Rights (FTPN) would like to interview you.
We will be returning to the scene of the crime this Sunday August 26 from 10AM
to 5PM and invite all who witnessed the events starting with the march's
beginning at 3rd and Vermont and, of course, up to and including what
transpired at MacArthur Park.
FTPN has secured the use of the MacArthur Park Recreation Center (located
behind the bandshell) to
Fill Out the Surveys
Show Films of the Events
Conduct "Know Your Rights" Training
Present a Panel Discussion
Hear from Eye Witnesses
Food Not Bombs Lunch
If you would like to help with any of these things, please arrive by 9:00.

The tribunal is scheduled for August 26th.
Much help is needed if we are to have a successful airing of the events of
May 1st.
Many of you expressed a great amount of interest in pursuing an accurate
telling of the police riot in MacArthur Park. Please respond to the listserve
[EMAIL PROTECTED] your availability for testimony and/or for the work (flyers,
collecting information, setting up, etc.)
