Cort It will be fair to say that the jan.10th rally will be massive and is still planned as scheduled ( even with today's ruling with the TSJ) I would bet that you can watch it on streaming below, events such as this are on TV. Former Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo will be attending the rally in Venezuela on Thursday in support of Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez, who is currently in Cuba recovering from a cancer surgery, and who announced that he will not attend his swearing-in ceremony for his new term in office. According to state-run news agency AVN, other Latin American leaders will be attending the event as well, namely José Mujica, Uruguay; and Evo Morales, Bolivia.
