Would it be useful to include a list of current labs, their PIs, and their status? We could probably even automate such a report from the DOAP files, but I think it would be good to have some sort of quarterly check on what's going on with each lab as many of them are clearly idle. Or perhaps just do an Active/Idle/Promoted/Completed statistic to summarize the current status of Labs as a whole. We might also want to report that it was clarified that lab-like activities related to the Apache Infrastructure are best kept on infrastructure-dev@, just like sandbox activities in normal projects.
