how about code formatting?
personally, i use eclipse. i think we (wicket) have a pretty nice code
formatter setup.
in case you're using some other IDE or text editor, maybe we can somehow get
find a decent
setup that works for both of us (and others of course).
currently, it seems the code is manually formatted (at least eclipse wants
to change a lot
during autoformatting).

yeah, that's always good to have it said at least once. do we have a wiki
(in-/outside of apache)?
would be easier to have those things in a place where it's easy to find.
