guys.. I know I've gone to corporate, but is there anyone in the world who can't read a PDF or PPT nowadays on any platform including a iphone or blackberry?

You've just forced me to download a 160M thing to read what this project is about, and now I've got ~15m to sit and fume and write this while I wait for it to download.

Personally I think you should focus on the message of the presentation, not the format, and try to make it available to as many people as possible. Sadly this means PPT or PDF nowadays.

2minutes left..

This is the proposal discussed at apachecon last week for a lab
related to cloud stuff in Apache. Robert Burrel-Donkin is on board
too; I will move my slideware to this project and let him present it
at bar camp next week. Powerpoint will be our first deliverable.
+1 to the lab.
Is that vote going to be enough for me to start creating the SVN
directories?

Not sure about PowerPoint... :-)
I have created the dir, stuck in the file exported to openoffice format and
de-corporatised. No HP artwork, proper mountaineering cloud photos. Robert

21/22. enjoy giving the presentation, let me know how it went, and when I
come back we can start building this
