It is already at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/labs/penihip/trunk/docs/penihip-doap.rdf and hence at the website: http://labs.apache.org/penihip/penihip-doap.rdf Should it also be elsewhere? I did look around other labs, but could not see a standard place.
