Tim, I am pretty sure you have commit karma :). Feel free to go wild on
the code. For now I changed the file name, I guess I didn't pay enough
attention to spot the convention/pattern.
I'd suggest to start new threads for the next mistakes I'll make.

One thing, I wonder if I could convince you to rename your descriptor
to doap.rdf? Everyone's followed a convention of either
${projectname}/doap.rdf or ${projectname}/trunk/doap.rdf so far and it
makes scripting a bit simpler to have fewer conventions. Not a huge
deal but would be nice...
