I decided, that for the time being, I'm fed up with sellers descriptions of lace items. It doesn't look rare to me - that type comes up every couple of months. What makes them think it's Romany anyway? Unless they know the Romany who used it. That must make my pillows 'Nathan' pillows, especially the ones I've made to suit my own purposes, like my travel pillow, my side extension to a round pillow so the bobbins don't fall off the edge when making fans and my quilted apron to make a 12 inch pillow larger when in use so that can be used for travel too.
