In the UK an antique has to be at least 100 years old, so now anything made in or before 1905 is an antique. Next year it will be anything made in or before 1906. Anything younger than 100 years is a "collectable". Made in the last 20 years would be termed a "modern collectable". I think there a few exceptuions, but 100 years is the general rule.
