Alice, that was posh stuff, ready cut into little sheets. The brand I remember was Izal (sp?) which came as a roll of perforated sheets, shiny and totally non-absorbant! As the seller of the Woolworth's paper says, it made good tracing paper. Some public loos continued to have the shiny stuff years after everyone else stopped buying it in favour of absorbent tissue.
