I always do mine when the clocks change (twice a year), but this time also
means that I have to turn off the water to the outside tap as well and put
the hose away etc. We had a big snowstorm last Tuesday with power out etc
and it was very cold and I thought I'd have to unfreeze the hose to be able
to put it away. But it is up to +18 today, so guess who will be doing some
clearing up today.
Now the clocks change a bit later, I'll need to find a new reminder date
because sometimes early November is too late for the outside chores
