I pronounce it the Dutch way, with the "ch" being a guteral phonetic x.

What an odd thing to mention though.
I've heard it short-A-rack, Ah-rock and ay-rack, with degrees of 'nee' to
'nay' and then there are variations with regional accents, too.
Thinking about it, not once have I heard anyone sound the 'ch' phonetically.
