Susie,
Thank you to you and the others who helped me out with my pdf printing
problems. Following your directions, it printed out just fine so the form
has been filled out and is waiting for the postman to pick it up. What a
good start to a Friday the 13th!
Another bit of good news. Some of you may remember that several months ago
I posted an inquiry about lace pillow stands. I received such good
information, tips and ideas from the list-Kenn was particularly helpful and
he sells stands!. I drew up some plans, explained my needs and desires for
a stand, took in lace pillows and explained some more. The stand is being
made in the Philippines. The furniture shop where it is being made has a
master carver (the cousin of the person who is getting this made for me) who
has been turned loose on the stand. I'm told it's turned out very nice and
is on it's way here. We'll see how well my descriptions and their
interpretations have melded together. The container should arrive in the
next couple of weeks so I'm anxiously awaiting. Once it arrives I'll be
sure and take pictures-unless it's a complete disaster! :-)
