The catalogue isn't included in the entry fee - hasn't been for years! If you book your tickets in advance, you get a money off voucher for it, which I think this year puts it down to a pound instead of two, but you need to buy the catalogue separately to the door ticket. Usually Jennifer's son has a stand immediately inside the doors selling them.
