What I know about floral Torchon I would say it isn't a extra sort of lace. But some floral Patterns aren't Torchon nor Guipure but something between. So I personally call them only "Floral Lace" without specific type mention.
In a specific part of France the have a extra name for a sort of Floral Guipure.
