Cut a 20 inch circle from foam board. Cut it in half. Use several pieces of
library tape or a similar tough tape on one side so that you can fold it up.
Cut a 10 inch circle out of insulation board. Place this in the middle of the
foam circle. Cut a piece of 1/2 to 1 inch squishy foam that will go around
the circle out to the edge of the foam board circle. Place one layer of
shrunken wool over the 10 in piece. Make a circular cotton drawstring cover
for all on this. When you have some lace on the insert piece, just fold the
cover up around it. Dismantle the pillow, and it will fit in a suitcase.
This is very inexpensive, and it is also light weight.
