To all spiders, When I saw Lynn's mail I was in the process of pricking out
one of the snakes from "Snakes Galore" for my "have a go pillow" which I
will be taking with me on Saturday for our demonstration, exhibition day at
the Forum in Norwich. We have found that children especially enjoy making
them,so we hope to attract many future lacemakers, funnily enough it seems
to be more little boys than girls, I wonder why?.
Happy lacing

The famous Snake Pattern is by Christine Springett and
can be found in two books she wrote. Look for "Lace
for Children of All Ages", or "Snakes Galore". Both
books should be readily available from lace supply
dealers. Owning either of these books will give you
the privilege of using the pattern.

If I have the names of the books wrong, I'm sure
someone will let us all know. Thanks.
