No GBP21.06 would be about USD 42.30. The exchange rate is just over $2 to
£1 at present.
I think US postage is more reasonable and can be checked at
http://www.usps.com/ if you know the weight of the books etc.
For instance a parcel weighing 1lb (pound) would cost $10.40 (USD) to send
first class mail international to the UK. We no longer have air mail (it's
been re-named!) This is the slowest speed they send and I usually find
parcels arrive in England within about 4 working days from Chicago
