Hi Everyone, I also like to use my lace and have made quite a few hankies that I use all the time. We have a very good lacemaker and pattern designer in Australia (Pat Milne) and she has lots of patterns and a class called "Wash and Wear edges", they are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone that loves to use the lace they make, no re pinning just the usual ironing does the trick and they look like new.
There is nothing nicer than a lovely lace edge coming out of your pocket first when you need to use your hanky.
