Yes, Ken does follow the list and is always happy to accommodate the ideas that we come up with!! Last year, I found a supply of thick felt, and decided to try covering both "operating" sides of blocks with the felt before applying the outside cover. Ken was happy to shave off enough foam so that the finished blocks were the same size as the blocks already in the pillow. The foam he uses is the good stuff... but the prices he charges are very reasonable. It would be difficult to find a better pillow for the money.

The D shaped pillow on ebay is by Kenn Van-Dieren. He is on Arachne. He
does lovely stuff, which you can see at his website,

I have bought several of his ethafoam blocks for block pillows I
constructed to be portable and fit in a suitcase. Was able to get a 22"
block pillow and base to Sweetbriar two years ago. Last week he had a
similar pillow without the D cut-off on ebay. He may have been following
the discussion and decided to offer it to see the sales potential. He
generally sells at IOLI conventions.
