Hi Lacemakers, One of the things you can do to protect your copy right of the laces on your websites is to open your photos in a program that allow you to add words to the photo and re-save it with your name on it.
You can add, for example: (copyright symbol) 2009 SJohnson to the face of the photos. Then when it is "borrowed" from your website, you name goes along also; unless they re-crop it of course, and even that can be hard if you place your name partially on the lace itself. I have seen many designers are doing so on their prickings. Why not also do it on your photos? I haven't done it to my photos, but now I think I will start. Just a thought Susie ____________________________ Susie Johnson Morris, IL 815-942-1838 http://home.comcast.net/~cjohnson0969/home.html [email protected] - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected].
