I took a close up view of the signature.  I suppose the "O" could be a first
initial and then "Berhellmann".  But did a search and came up with nothing
of a surname like that.  I did find "Berkellmann" as a surname.  All my
findings are German in origin.

So the signature could read "O. Berkellmann".  From what I gather at looking
at the signature that they printed it all in upper case letters or a
combination.  I have seen people write that way.  Uppercase substituting for
lowercase.  All speculation. ;)
