I second Susie Johnson's comments. Helena is an awesome instructor and her class is very interesting. You will learn technique that will be useful in all the point ground laces that you work.
Beveren is worked with the footside on the left. You pin outside the gimp - this is unique to this lace. Beveren also has a straight picot edge. As already mentioned, it was used for the Dutch caps.
