The TV and newspaper pictures of the Cardinals in Rome for the election of a new Pope show only tantilizing glimpses of the wide lace edgings on the suplice-like garment they wear (the rochet) . Though I assume these varied wide lace trims are not handmade, they look very lovely. Does anyone know a source or website where one might more clearly view the lace?
