The 2 good teaching books that I could not have managed without were firstly - my bible when I first started learning lace " The Technique of Bobbin Lace" by Pamela Nottingham and later " a Visual Introduction to Bucks Point Lace" by Geraldine Stott those 2 gave me an excellent grounding to lace making
