Are there perhaps any German lacemakers out there who might know if Plauen still has a museum of antique handmade lace? Supposedly around 1900 there was a collection of fine handmade lace in Plauen that may have served as inspiration for machine lace designs —
The Plauen tourist website only mentions the machine lace industry — no info on content of museum. Anyone know anything about this?
