An Arachnean who wishes to remain anonymous sent word that the IOLI library contains two additional books on Finnish lace. B-208 & B-433, both by Leena Hokkanen, feature lace from Karelia. This is an area near the SE corner of Finland that is divided between Russia & Finland. So today I learned a bit more about Finnish lace plus some world history! And while reading thru the list (N section, Nyplayksen) of bobbin lace books, I stumbled upon B-036 by Raili Seraste. Many thanks to all who wrote with help, pictures & suggestions!
